Thanks for the confirmation Bill.  Glad to hear they are doing just as good 
a job "outside" Tejas.

And I must say I am initially impressed with the Phoenix pants.  Same mesh 
material in the leg area as the jacket(maybe slightly heavier?)  but are 
solid heavy duty ballistic nylon in the seat area with thick padding in the 
hips.  They also have large zippered pockets in the knee area for armor that 
stretches from just above the knee to mid-calf, also solid.  The included 
knee armor is *ok*, but I will be replacing it with Bohn "CE" certified 
armor, which I already have.  Very comfortable inner lining, and the legs 
are zippered up the side to the knee for easy access.  The waist is stretch 
nylon in the back and zipper/snap/velcro fasteners in the front.  They also 
have a 8-inch zipper in the back to attach to the Phoenix pants, and even 
thoughtfully, come with the mating side of the zipper that you could sew on 
to to ANY jacket you wear them with.

Can't say anything about their hot weather function yet, as it is supposed 
to SNOW here in Dallas this weekend!  Sheese, it's March.
