Damn.  Do any moto clothing manufacturers make tall sizes, or am I
doomed to order custom clothing?

Tall sizes? You stuff tehm in your boots, you don't need no damn tall sizes!
They don't have to reach the ground! It's we short guys who have the
problem. We stuff these off-the-shelf things in our boots and with all the
excess material, end up looking like the Michelin man. If you don't put them
in your boots, they hang down about 6" past your toes! How about some short
sizes?
