[ST] Weekend riding in Phoenix/Tucson

I'm traveling to Phoenix next weekend and have decided to rent a sport bike 
(Aprilia Mille R).  Would have preferred to ride my Sprint ST to be sure, 
but don't have time to trailer from MN (still a wee bit too cold to ride).  
I'll be picking up and retuning the bike in Mesa AZ next door to Phoenix.

Anyone on the list from Arizona or New Mexico area have any suggestions for 
two days of riding? Are there any regular weekend hangouts where Sprint ST 
and RS owners congregate or gather for day rides?

Any help would be appriciated.
