Turbo price...was:RE: [ST] a short intro and a few questions-long

I gotta ask: How the heck can the price $5,500 for a turbo be justified? I
don't know much about them except they make all discussions of the fastest
color (colour) immediately moot. Can someone educate me on what the heck
goes into making this air pump that makes its price almost eclipse the value
of my '00 Blue ST? (not the fastes color, but the sexiest!)

Talk about moot conversations! Like my wife would EVER let me get a turbo
for my bike. I'm just lucky the thing is paid for with twins on the way.
lol!

http://boostisgood.com.  Haven't sorted everything out
for the new motor, but they are "real close".  They
were getting HP's in the low 180's at the rear on
stage two and the last motor, so I wouldn't be
surprised at all to see 195 or even 200 HP at the rear
with the new bike/motor.
