RE: [ST] Triumph fabric clothing (long)

Hey Dave,

I was down your neck o' the woods just last Saturday. I had taken a friend
down to Hermey's in Port Clinton to retrieve the replacement for his
totalled 2000 Daytona. Nice area to ride, it seems, if you get off the
highways. Too bad we were in my dad's van, towing a trailer. I just couldn't
talk my friend into riding two-up on my bike to go get his. Oh well.

Jeez, those highways in PA do really SUCK! What are the PA highway dept
people doing with their money? It sure isn't keeping the Interstate roads in
good shape! On the good side, Hermey's was worth the trip. Very good dealer,
judging by their showroom (still under renovation), their stock, and
friendly staff.

Glad you got gear that pleases you. I thought you might like the features of
the Motoport products. My local dealer (Motomarket, Acton MA) dropped them
because they just wouldn't fill their order. Instead Motoport took all their
stock to shows, sold a lot of it on the internet, and had nothing left over
for the dealers who helped them build their business. Too bad, but it *is*
good stuff.

Take care, and keep riding. As anyone on this list would tell you, that bike
really will grow on you like no other bike could. Well, except for maybe a
yellow Sprint RS. heh heh
