Hey Ben,

Depends on what you like, and where you'll be staying.  Here some ideas:

DownTown Disney has night clubs (i.e. House of Blues, Hard Rock Live) with
live bands and food/drink.  It alo has an indoor play area with VR games and
simulators and cool arcade games.

There's also

Sea World (free beer samples at Budwiser) & animal shows

Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure - If you're into movie rides and
roller coasters.

Somewhere Downtown Orlando has an artsy fartsy strip with art
gallerys/cafe's and theater.

Have fun.  Figures this weekend a cold front will swing through with lows in
the 50's and high's in the low 70's.

Currently it's been in the mid 60's for lows and upper 80's for highs.
