Re: [ST] Re: SoCal Insurance Rates

Thanks Wes for the mention of the <pashnit.com> link I posted a while back.
There wasn't a single response of mention of it previously and I thought it
went unnoticed-noticed. The fellow who put all that information together did
a wonderful job, spending many years of riding the roads and documenting it
all with pictures and text. What really surprised me is some of the roads he
posted that are in my area, that I thought I was the only person on earth
who knew the existed. One such example is a road that turns off of Hwy 89
between Mt Shasta and Burney, it wanders up to a lake named "Medicine Lake"
and then to a small hamlet called Teanesta. I believe the USFS built the
road and very few people know of it. I felt I was my private test facility
road and then I find it in his web site. Anyway, the web site is a great
resource and I highly recommend it to anyone who rides in California or
Nevada.
