[ST] Fram filters

MCN did a comparison on Oil Filters a couple of years ago and Fram wa at the
bottom of the list. They are as near junk as youi can get. Several years ago
(mid '90s) Frams were banned from a lot of race tracks because they were
blowing off the bikes and spewing the oil all over the track! Not a good
buy, IMHO. Everythiing was better.
