Bill,

There is a fold out handle that comes as part of the hard pannier kit.
The handle and the relevant brackets will be available directly from a dealer
who is willing to go to the trouble of finding the part numbers. (The list
sponsor, Jack Lilleys will be able to help). Alternatively, you may be able to
source one from somebody with a crashed bike.
