Brian,
I hate to edge you out buddy, but on my last trip down south, a few weeks
ago I ran 238 miles on a tank, and that was *very* spirited riding on the
backroads. Fill-up was 4.8 gallons -> 49.6 mpg. So I fugure I still had a
"safe" 25-30 margin. Low fuel light illuminated at 218 miles.
I routinely run over 200 miles before the low fuel light come on, usually
filling up between 200 and 225.
