[ST] Rev Limiter

Evening All,
In regards to a post about raising the rev limiter limits with the game boy,
be careful. The red line, and thus the rev limiter are created due to
mechanical things like at what rpm the valves float at, which is related to
piston damage. Unlimited rpm is for rotary enginge, go by an RX-7 for that.
Otherwise, becareful upping the rev limiter.
As a side note, two strokes are rev limited by the amount of negative
acceleration that the crank and or the push rod can handle. Two strokes not
having valves and all.
