Well, if you truly want the highest mileage tire and nothing more......Get Cheng Shin these things will last longer than the bike.  Course you don't want to take any turns faster than 5 mph and definitely don't want to ride on wet pavement, cause these things are like those hard plastic tires that come on cheap kids bicycles.
