Re: [ST] Arrrrgh! Whack! Whack! Whack!

Sorry to hear about 'yur down!

It happens to all of us, I have done simular, 3 times, sadly
enough twice on new tires.

1) ZX 9r, real cold out, turning onto 121 from the ford
dealership, cars comming gave it a bit 'o gas, bike came out of
the lean spot, and sure as sh*te the rear tire spun like no-ones
business, next thing the bike is sliding accross the pavement.

2) ZX 9r, new rear tire, leaving my aparment complex, just a bit
too much gas, tire spun up, there would have been little drama,
except for the fact that the tire decide to all of a sudden get
broke in, at least on the right side. I think my ass was about
foot off the seat, but I manage to

	a) get the bike under control

	b) not need new underwear

but it was close on both accounts.

3) ST, 30 feet from my garage, going around an off camber right
bend with a new rear. I was taking it easy, but I think there
was grease on the tread. Anyway, same as before at some point
the right side of the tire decided it was scrubbed in and tossed
me over. I was going slow enough at this point the bike was not
really moving, except for the fact that the righting force was
strong enough that the bike went over. I tried to catch the bike
from landing on its left, but alas, still wound up sitting it
down somewhat gently on the left and tore the piss out of my
left ham string :-(
