[ST] oil filters & wrenchs

I have the Triumph oil filter wrench and it works great with the Triumph oil filter. 
But one my last oil change I used a Fram PH6017A filter (~$5). It seams fine, 
but the Triumph wrench did not fit, too loose to turn filter. I had to go back to the 
auto parts store and get a cheap plastic wrench.
