[ST] ST Rear Locknut Size

Hey all,

I seem to remember that the monster nut that holds the rear wheel on the ST
is something like 46mm. Is that right? Scanning through my shop manual
last night, I couldn't find a reference to it.

I'm going to be swapping tires in the next couple of weeks. I've got almost
10k on my original BT57s and it is time to change. I've already ordered my
new D220s. I live in San Jose, CA. Is there anyone in the area that could
loan me the necessary tool for removing the rear wheel? I'd like to get the
wheels off and down to road rider to get the new tires on as soon as they
arrive.

And does anyone have a source for buying a socket of this size? Every
hardware store I go to laughs at me when I ask if I can get a 46mm socket
from them.

(The "english" system is probably the cruelest joke that our forefathers
ever played on us here in the U.S.)
