Re: [ST] Deer whistles



There was just a story on CNN yesterday requarding a test done by some
research lab
back east. Their conclusion was the Humans can't here the whistles and the
deer can't
either.  I had one run across the road in front of me after dark about 2
days ago, and then
a second one ran out and stopped in the middle of the road and just looked
at me. Missed em both. I'm not sure if taking the back roads and dodgeing
the deer is better than takeing the freeways and dodgeing the ladders, 2X4's
and tire treads left by big trucks. Gets a little dicey after dark.
