[ST] Brake Problem

What should the normal life be for rear brake pads?? I have just 5200 miles
on my baby and the right side pad is gone, while there is some, not a lot,
but some meat left on the left side. I do use the back a fair amount, but
not excessive. Just curious. Thanks!
