RE: [ST] Re: heating gloves



I use the Gerbing heated gloves. A bit bulky, but very evenly heated. These
come with long wires to run up the sleeves of your jacket, but also have
connectors which plug right into the sleeve ends on my Gerbing jacket liner
(which has full length heated sleeves, unlike a vest.)

I also have heated grips on my bike, and have ridden in 18F temps without
problems. It's the best of both worlds as the gloves keep the back of my
hands warm, and the grips take care of the palms of my hands. However, one
must have a Fog City insert in the faceshield of your helmet to keep a clear
view on such a cold day.
