RE: [ST] Spray of Gasoline

Regarding plastic quick disconnects, there are a variety of different
versions available from US Plastics Corp.

For gasoline applications you want to get the acetal ones not the
polyethylene ones. I've used the barb end ones on my race bikes without any
problems for years. They are rated to 120psi. Pay attention when ordering as
they sell connectors with and without a shutoff valve. The cost is on the
order of $4-7 depending on the style.
