This is a link to a page on McAfee's site, where you can download a program
called Stinger.

Recent viruses/worms such as Klez and BugBear are capable of shutting down
virus scanning software and software firewalls (like ZoneAlarm). In this
situation it can be extremely difficult to determine whether or not you are
infected. If you are suspicious, but all your virus checks turn up negative,
then run this program. It hunts very specifically for 16 different nasties.
It's *not* a substitute for a good firewall and a good antivirus program
ruthlessly updated <g>, but it *is* an extra tool to give peace of mind that
your security measures are not being circumvented by the latest splurge of
irritants from the senseless bunch of morons who seem to have nothing better
to do all day than write malicious software.
