[ST] RS rider in/near Huntsville, Tx.

Howdy,

	The last few weeks or so I have spotted a silver RS with
matching hardbags here in Huntsville, Tx. Unfortunately, I have never
had the opportunity to chase him down and meet him as I am prone to do
