You really should redline it more often. It is very therapeutic to me, and I
find that I feel much better after tapping the rev limiter a few times.

As for the bike, its not going to hurt it. The rev limiter is there, use it.
Or rather, learn where it is and shift just short of it to smooth out your
acceleration.

So the question for all you triple-heads out there: is this a good idea on
the 955 as well?  Are short redline bursts beneficial for the triple, or
make no
difference?  I don't often redline my ST, except on track days.
