The 1Q of MX4T I have sitting in front of me says:

10W-40
API SG, SH/CF
JASO MA

The '02 service manual says this spec is A-OK.

How the "Triumph" 4T is different from the regular Mobil 4T (15W-50) 
would be of interest.
