RE: [ST] gas tank removal question

Oh, sorry about that. If that's the case, then I have a couple of ideas:

If you can still turn the ignition on and hear the fuel pump working, cut
the fuel lines and direct them into a gas can. Then, turn on the ignition
and let the pump extract the fuel for you.

Or, remove the tank and place it on a 5 gallon bucket. Then, remove the face
plate that the quick disconnects are attached to. You'll most likely get
fuel all over your hands, but that's better than the floor.

Or, depending on how full it is, simply invert it on a 5 gallon bucket.
Crude, but it'd work.

Believe me I would prefer to use the ride it method but this ST doesn't ride
anymore and wont again. This is the bike I crashed and now I am just
beginning
to slowly take apart and its parts on ebay or wherever.

My old sig was about Vaxen and VMS but I can't even figure out
the name of the company that owns them anymore.
