Re: [ST] Rear Tire Size

I need to replace the rear tire on my 2001 ST (BT-020 5,000 miles) and I've
been thinking of replacing it with a size 190/50-17 as came on my 2001 Speed
Triple instead of the stock 180/55-70. The rim width is 6 inches like my
Speed Triple so tire width should not be a problem. Has anyone done this
before? If so, did it cause any handling problems such as slower turn-in,
bike wanting to fall into corners etc...?
