I've adjusted mine up 1 1/2 turns.  It helps a lot and I'm not getting
flashed on low beam, but I haven't had it out at night much.  I might go up
one more half turn.  The vertical adjustment is the lower screw under the
headlight.  Up is counterclockwise (anti-clockwise?).
