[ST] Coolant change

Has anyone replaces their coolant on the ST.  The manual says it should be 
performed by a qualified Triumph tech, but it doesn't seem to me like it 
should be that difficult.  Is there anything I am missing or should be aware 
of?  Thanks for the help,
