[ST] [RS] Forks on the Road

Does my RS have cartridge forks or damping rod forks?  How do I tell?

I've tried to save the threads on springs and shocks, but I don't have 
on about rear springs.  I weigh 225 nekkid and need a stiffer rear 
spring.  I don't like the high preload the rear takes (max).  Where can 
I buy a stiffer rear spring?
