[ST] synchros

"The syncros assist in this, but they aren't magic.  In my experience they do work a little better above 5K RPM."

There are no synchros in motorcycle transmissions, unless some of the inline stuff (BMW, Goldwing) has them. None of the transverse gearboxes has them, anyway.
