Hrm, no, that's not it.  Mine was a $10 12v compressor to keep in your
car.  I can't find it on harborfreight's website anymore.

It had the cig lighter adapter on it.  But when I had to use it, I just
stripped the positive wire and tightened it under the battery terminal
and used an alligator clip on the negative, which I'd connect to the
frame as an "on/off" switch.
