Are you sure this will be a problem? I'm not a gEEk, but most 
automotive electrical systems also run over 13V and accessory 
manufacturers know this and take it into account. This is especially 
true in the car stereo arena. I'd be surprised if your camera couldn't 
handle the slight over-voltage. (Course, it's not my money on the line, 
either. :-)
