[ST] NJ Self Service Gas Stations

Dave & All:
	When I pull into a service station in NJ I ask the attendant if I may pump my own fuel. I always get a big "thumbs up" and proceed on my own. I've given up on the "why" and just get on with the business at hand. I just want to get back on the road quickly!
