Mike,
An easier way to reduce the output voltage from your 12.5V regulator is
simply to put an ordinary diode (not a Zener) in series between the
regulator output and camera input. A normal diode drops about 07.V when it
is conducting, so the camera will see 11.8V. The diode will need a power
rating of P = VI = 0.7 * 0.130 = 0.091 W, call it 100 milliwatts minimum
