Hi all.
I've not tested GTS on Sprint, but on the 1200 Daytona I had before. They
last a bit longer than BTs, were more rigid, especially noticeable with the
weight of the 1200, at high speeds in large curves.
But I didn't like how they wore out. BTs (57/20/10) are quicker in twisties
and they are to my taste far better under wet conditions. And I have not the
chance to live in Cal. I don't like very much the round profile of the GTS.
On the Daytona, front tire has a shorter life than rear (BT56 F/R or BT 010
F/R), on the Sprint front tire has a longer life (BT57 F/R, BT020 F/R)...
On the Sprint, BT020 front lasts 13000km (9400miles) and rear 11000
(6800miles)
On the Daytona, BT010 front lasts 4500km (2800miles)... and rear 8000 (5000
miles) - no track for these values but many twisty roads, sometimes
abrasive.
For the Sprint, I tend to prefer BT57 (just a feeling) and BT010 for the
Daytona.
Grip is Ok for all BT's I've tested and I'm very happy with their ability to
warm quickly.
Mixed usage winter/summer (from -15°C to 35°C).
