Let's see.  The '99 I traded for the '02 last year still had it's original 
rear pads on it, at 45k miles.  I changed fronts on it at about 32k.  The 
'02 now sits at just above 30k miles and both sets of OEM pads are still in 
it.  Though I suspect the fronts will be needing replacement soon.  Just my 
$.02
