RE: [ST] Cross-references found! WAS-> Need alternative oil filter alternatives

OR

Just stop in at the Honda shop and pick up a filter for the VFR 750 (year
90-97), CB400 Supersport (89-90, CBR600 (87-02), VT 60 Shadow (88-97), VFR
800 Interceptor (98-01), ST1100 (91-98)or GL 1550 Wing (88-0) or GL1800
Wing

Or the Kawasaki shop and pick up a filter for KLF 400 Bayou (93-99), ZX
600 600R Ninja (98-02), ZX750 Ninja (89 or 91-02)ZX12R Ninja (0-01), VN1500
(87-99)

Or the Yamaha shop for a filter for FZR600 (91-96), ZJ60 Seca (92-98), YZF
600 (94-02), XZF 750 (94-98), FZ1 (01-02), FZR 1000 (91-95)or XVZ13 Royal
Star (96-00)

Per the FRAM list, the Fram PH6017A fits all of the above as well as our
Sprint, therefore the reverse should also be true.

After receiving David's Post that referenced filter
Fram PH6017A I did some reading.......

Here's the link:
http://www.yft.org/tex_vfr/tech/oilfilter.htm

Basically all these filters are capatible with a 1994
Honda VFR750. Low and behold the FRAM PH6017A is on
that list. This leads me to believe all these filters
would work, no?
