Well,  I went out to the garage a little while ago with my trusty 
multi-meter in hand.   Here's what it told me. (Mine doesn't actually talk 
but of buddy of mine has one that does and it's pretty cool!)

1) checked for corrosion - none

2) ensured the cables were tight (they were)

3) checked voltages
	a) not running  13.5
	b) just started (cold engine ~1600 rpm) 14.0
	c) warm idle (~1100 rpm) 14.0 - 14.2

I don't get it!

Any other thoughts?
