[ST] Racetech mods

Hello Rodney & all:
	Simply put: Racetech mods make for a noticeable 
difference in the handling of the ST.
No more severe DIVE when braking.
Better handling on superslab, especially when passing 
large trucks.
Improved stability at high speeds on road or track.
	I changed my springs and added the emulators. It was 
the best investment I have made on any motorcycle I 
have owned in the past 23 years.
You won't regret making the upgrade to Racetech.
