The Frank Kinsey school was a 30 minute class in the morning and then it was
ride on the track for 20 minutes intervals and then if you have questions
find Frank.  The Keith Code was a classroom session after every 20 minute
track session.  There was an instructor for every 5 or 6 riders, plenty of
interaction with the instructors.  Cost for the Frank Kinsey school at
Moroso was almost $300 if I remember correctly and Keith Code was around
$600 with me riding their bike.

Ok please quantify what so much better about it?  it
is a decent chunk more $ also.

There is also NESBA and PROMOTION track club schools I
can attend....decision decision...
