No matter what format you take, if you go there with the intent
of learning, you'll improve. I've taken a couple of Keith Code
classes, a couple of Penguin, a bunch of FAST and some others.
All are good.

I found that I got more from Keith Code's class. The guy's a
genuine philosopher of of riding and track training. I found him
to be a great teacher.

But again, you'll benefit from any class you take.
