RE: [ST] GPS Recommendations
I've heard good things about the Garmin V, that's probably the one I'll go for. I like the fact that it's waterproof for
use on the bike.
I'm still waiting on a better cell-phone/PDA product to come out before I replace my old PDA, or I would have gone the
PDA-based GPS. Given the features Joel mentioned and all the extra memory space for maps, it really is the way to go. As
for water, I would just put it in the clear pouch on top of the tank bag anyway. It isn't waterproof, but it would be
out of the worst of it if a sudden storm came up.

I like the idea, but it not being waterproof would
