Rich, I must say I also reside in your school of thought. I ride to get
away from all the technological distractions this world is increasingly made
up of. I don't listen to music or talk on two way radio's or fool with any
electronic gadgets while I ride. I have used most all of them at some time
in the past but have always gone back to just me the bike and the road.
That has always been the most satisfying, in the long run.
Don't take me wrong, folks, I have nothing against all the cool gadgets, and
if that is what floats your boat, then carry on, by all means.
Besides, with the way I ride (and occasionally fall down, and blast thur
unfortunate animals), I have all the distractions I need.
I do sing a lot inside the helmet, tho :)))
happy trails,
