That sucks, but I'll tell you I stopped taking it personally when those 
idiots pull that kind of stuff.  I used to get angry and yell and flash them 
the bird and stuff, but most times the bewildered drivers didn't even know 
what I was yelling about -- they are that out of touch with what is going on 
around them.    Even if you could sit them down and explain it to them, they 
still wouldn't get it.  In fact, getting angry just increases my chances of 
doing something stupid and causing an accident myself.  So I just ride 
defensively and stay out of their way - let them crash into someone else...
