[ST] Genmar Question

Just bought a brand spankin' new black '04 RS today.  Does anyone know if
the genmar's for an '02 ST will work without any implications on the RS?
Sure looks like the same bolt in, but does it cause the bars to hit the
fairing or require any cables/hoses to be lengthened?
