[ST] Greetings all

Hello everyone,
Well I apologize, I just sent a message to the list and neglected to
introduce myself (again, although I haven't been on the list for quite
awhile)...

I've got a 2001 Sprint ST BRG, with 12k miles waiting for that service. I'm
hoping to get that done before it gets warm...

The obligatory list of add-ons: Triumph top-box, panniers, heated grips...
RaceTech springs & emulators (REALLY worth the money!) and running Michelin
Pilot Sports. I might try the sport touring rear soon, I only get 3-4k out
of the rears. I work for the French company so that's why I stick with
them. Ha ha...

I live in Greenville, SC with my wife (2 cats, 1 dog, no kids yet) and my
favorite stretch of road is highway 28 north of Franklin, NC (the Gap is
great too but I can actually get to 28 and back an a short day).

I'm extremely happy with the Sprint, it lets me / us do many more miles than
we did on sportbikes. I don't know what I was thinking in those days.

I am not happy with the dealer network (i.e. service) but it seems to be
improving. Parts are pricey (I thought I saw in MCN that an air filter for
the Sprint costs more than one for the MV Augusta F4). Maybe I'm wrong
about that.

Ride safe!

Mark Collett
