I really don't consider the FJR and the Sprint ST to be direct competitors at all. The FJR is a boat next to the ST. I sat on one and the thing is BIG. I'm sure its a great tourer but I would put it up against the Trophy 1200, not the ST. The ST is a SPORT-tourer. And my RS is a SPORT-sport-tourer. I love the light feel of it. The FJR is a sport-tourer but its sheer size and weight put in a different category
