RE: [ST] Gave Away the FZ-1
Hi Linda,
A bit late for a reply, but I was on vacation.
I didn't like the Triumph ST touring screen I think you're referring to. I
didn't find that it added that much extra protection for me. Frankly, I
think it is butt-ugly as well. I, too, did not like the ZG double-bubble
screen but I'm clearly in the minority in that opinion. Next on the my list
is to try the windscreen that Givi make for the ST, although it is a bit
pricey, it costs less than the triumph touring screen.

Subject: [ST] Gave Away the FZ-1
For those of you who may recall, my 2001 Sapphire Sprint ST was totalled
last June on the TAA ride and I wound up buying a 2002 Yamaha FZ-1 (for
reasons which I will not go into here). I am happy to report I am the proud
new owner of a 2002 Sapphire Sprint ST. The Fazer was ceremoniously given
to hubby who was lusting over it (won't go there either).
I would like to try the Triumph Higher Screen...does anyone have it and what
do you think? I had the ZG ST screen but was not too happy with it due to
excessive wind turbulence & noise.
