[ST] new problem with sons new ST

Um.  A few people had problems with the idle air stepper motor on older STs,
but I think that would only affect idle, not overall power above idle.  It's
probably not the wrong CO level or the wrong tune for the pipe, because then
it wouldn't behave properly when it was cold.  Maybe a dirty injector or
blocked air filter?  There must be an engine temperature sensor in there
somewhere, maybe the wiring on that is loose so the ECU thinks the engine is
always cold?  Very strange that it doesn't show any engine management fault.
Check to see if the wiring harness below the ignition switch is rubbing
where it is cable tied, the original STs had this problem but it should have
been fixed by now.  Good luck and let us know what fixes it!
