[ST] Rear clearance of mudguard extension

Dave & all:
	I have considerably more than 1/4" between tyre and extension. I will measure the gap for you if you desire. 
	I have NEVER had any type of "junk" collect back there over the past 3+ years of riding. I ride everyday (yes, even this past week with 8 degree F mornings in Philadelphia) all seasons and have never encountered this problem. Other stuff, but not this one.
