[ST] funny name - no Triumph content

Listening to NPR this morning, for one story, the reporter included a quote
from a Dr. Harley Shakin.  Not sure of the spelling, but that's what it
sounded like.  Gave me a good laugh before I set off for work on my
vibe-free Triumph!
